In order to fulfill the task, the students need to:

1.Read and discuss information on Francisco Goya and Martin  
Zapater.

2.Identify on a map where Goya was born and the different 
   places where he lived.

3.Get in groups of three to four to write a short timeline of 
   Goya’s biography.

4.Point out novels and short stories read in previous classes   
   where the theme of friendship was present.


5.Observe the Portrait of Martin Zapater carefully in order to 
   recognize Goya’s artistic style. 

6.Mention Goya’s artistic style and the Rococo artistic style.

7.Fill in a compare and contrast diagram between Goya's 
   paintings and that of the Rococo period.
